Son checked in at 5:15 and was told a 10 minute wait. At 5:50 he finally was taken back while I watched stylist just kind of drag around with no clients even in a chair and one (Montana) even messed with her own hair in the mirror. Tyanna who usually cuts our hair was not there. We should have just left. If it wasn’t for Tyanna we would not be back!!
